Return Policies
We want you to love your purchase from BeSee Co.
- If you need to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing BeSeeCoLLC@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number.
- Items must be returned in its original condition, not defective, and with all tags attached.
- We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery
- We cover all return shipping costs - a prepaid return label will be provided
- Returns should be mailed back with tags still attached and, if possible, in the original clear bag. Items must be in original condition
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

All Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
